Appointments & Walk-Ins
• Appointments are recommended to guarantee service.
• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• Late arrivals of 10–15 minutes may result in shortened service or rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged 50%–100% of the service price.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payments
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Health & Safety
• Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries before service.
• Services will be refused if there are signs of fungal infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions.
• All tools and workstations are sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Service Satisfaction
• If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us during or immediately after your appointment.
• Complimentary fixes are available within 48–72 hours for the same service only.
No refunds after leaving the salon.

Children & Guests
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• For safety reasons, children may not sit on laps or play near workstations.
• Additional guests may be limited during busy hours.

Personal Belongings
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• Please silence mobile phones during service.

Respect & Conduct
• Abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
